How Tidy Scoop Got Started
Hi, I'm Mitchell — owner of Tidy Scoop. I grew up locally, went to Timberland High School, and after a semester at Mizzou I knew I wanted to build something of my own. I started a lawn care company, grew it into a real business, and eventually sold it. Entrepreneurship is just in my blood.
My fiancée Sammi handles all of our social media, marketing, and advertising — she's the creative force behind the brand. Together we're raising our two boys, Landon and Owen, and family is everything to us.
So why dog poop? Because we love dogs, and we know cleaning up after them is nobody's favorite chore. Life is busy — work, kids, sports, everything else — and we wanted to give families their time back. We're not a franchise or a big national company. We're just a local family that shows up when we say we will and treats every yard like it's our own.
